“My recent experience with Dr. Reed was very good. What I've learned is that there are properly trained ethical technicians that use pre-numbing topical anesthetics before they even start tattooing and that additional topical anesthetics are added during the process. I didn't feel that the proper anesthetics were used my first time around by a different technician at another place.
